The barista I am sometimes stuck with is the same gentleman that didn't know how to use the espresso machine and turned me away previously. Every time he is my baristas, the drink is wrong. This morning I asked if he added three shots of espresso (I always pay for an extra shot). His response was, do you want me to take a picture? I wouldn't have even minded his attitude if the drink was correct, but it was not. It was a venti with only two shots. Not what I ordered. Even the espresso machine did not run as long as I am accustomed to waiting. I am positive he was in the wrong, and that is the only reason I am bringing this complaint forward.
Desired outcome: re-training
