First off my wife works at aylmer store. The owner is so high-strung and will not listen to the staff for their wants and needs. The store is understaffed employees are being overworked some employees have families to take care of and the owner will not work with the staffs scheduling. The owner likes to talk about employees problems two other employees which is not right.
The owner he's getting a bad reputation in the town of Aylmer. I know this cuz people in the town of Aylmer like to talk. I love A&W but I refused the stand on the sidelines as the employees of this store are getting run down and mistreated.
Employees are getting written up for things that don't make sense. For example
One employee was in pain so bad she had to leave the floor to go to the hospital and the owner told her to find a replacement before you go instead of telling her to go. That tells me the owner does not care about the employees health and safety.

I am a Parent of a minor also working in this horrendous environment and absolutely cannot sit back any longer and watch how this horrible human being treats these employees. I personally have loved the brand A and W and the Burger Family for yeats. This has to stop. I am calling head office. I have videos and recorded messages of the manager and assistant manager speaking so unprofessionalmy and basically to 2 minors in my household not to mention NOT paying them the numerous hours they work past their shift ends. I am devastated that this goes on in our lovely town. Hang in there. It's so so sad.
