The Brick - Zero customer service

I purchased a power reclining sofa on July 10th 2021 at the Brockville Ontario store location. The sales Person (Rick) explained to us that the item had been returned by a customer stating that is done not work. He then explained that the customers simply didn't plug it in. (did the sales guys not explain or trouble shoot to get it Plugged in correctly?)
The sofa was delivered 3 days later, and... It didn't work. (exactly the same issue the previous customer had.)
I called the store within 30 min of delivery and explained to Rick that the sofa did not work, to which he flatly replied, "Well... It worked when it was here", I explained that while I appreciated that it worked for him... It did not work for me. He said that he would see if the guys could swing by to take a look. That, did not happen.
I called the store back and spoke to "Adam" who also told me "it worked here", but would send the delivery guys back to take a look on Tues or Wednesday the following week, Tuesday came and NO one came, Wednesday came... No one came. I gave the guys a courtesy of a couple of days and called the store on Friday to find out why NO one came. I spoke to Devon who let me know that Adam had Never scheduled anyone to come on Tuesday or Wednesday, (is that Not their JOB?), Devon apologized and assured me that he would have someone come the next day (Saturday) as they would be in the area... My husband and I waited all day... By 4pm I called the store again, and was told by the sales person that once again... after waiting all day that NO ONE, would be coming that day to take a look. Seriously? Am I asking too much for a simple phone call? So I left a message for Devon to call me back on Monday (today)... Well, it's almost noon and have not gotten a call yet. I am a retail store owner, If I treated one of my customers this way... I would be out of business.

Desired outcome: I want the sofa, Fixed or Returned.
