Good afternoon. Myself was at the above wendys location on tuesday december 3rd around 15:00hrs. 4 cars ahead of us. By the time I could place my order, 30 minutes had gone by. My order was, as follows, large fries, daves double bacon deluxe, large chili (was asked if I would cheese with it and I said no thank you), small spicy chicken nuggets (was asked if I would like sweet and sour sauce and I said yes). After another 8 minutes, I received my order. At this point I decided to check it. My chili and large fries were missing. She told me that I didnt order any fries and large chili. I not only showed my receipt but I said when I first ordered my chili, you asked me if I wanted cheese on it so how can you make that kind of remark. No answer. By this time the drive thru was lined up around the corner. I got my missing items and said thank you. No response. When I got home this what I unpacked. 2 daves classic doubles, large fries, small chili, regular chicken nuggets. My issue is this. As above mentioned order, it was completely wrong. Missing was spicy chicken nuggets, no dipping sauce even though I was asked, no daves double bacon deluxe and no condiments or napkins or spoon and crackers. I do not complain but this issue, I felt needed your attention. I am not looking for any kind of refund or coupons and compensation. Just an fyi. I can be reached at [protected]@gmail.com
