Hello, I ordered a cheesy chili baked potato at 5pm. Was told I would have to wait 15 min. I was offered a sub but did not want/take it. When I complained about an out-of-stock item at dinner time, the cashier glared at me. The manager fumbled with the register to refund my payment and when I complained about this I was told to wait. I had to wait several minutes and reminded the employees that I did not come into the facility to wait for no food. Very rude and quite a failure to our stock an item at the start of the dinner rush.
Desired outcome: manager never apologized and the cashier was quite rude with the glaring. retraining should be and option. as well SOP's should be updated to ensure this type of thing does not happen again.
