I place an order over the phone and got sales person hillary segeren on july 21st my bed was to be deliverd on sat aug 1st no one came I called the store got hillarys anwering machaine left msg no one got bck sun came and went then momday I called again I got to talk with someone briefly then transferd to hillary again I left another msg no its going on thursday and still havnt heard any news on my purchase can you help resolve this issue thank you...
Tepperman's - living room furniture/ customer service
Due to the fact of the way your firm has treated my Family (Todd & Nikki McIntyre, 190 Lake Margaret Trail, St. Thomas) ordered a replacement for defective furniture and then told when the replacement came in you sold it to someone else. Now you say the product has been discontinued. Didn't return calls including being promised by the store manager to personally return the call. We have dealt with Teppermans for years, which I am certain you can lookup in your records, however, if your record-keeping is as good as your Customer Service, you may not have any records. I don't need to continue dealing with a firm such as yours where your Customer Service is very inadequate.

Tepperman's - ripping people off
We purchased a love seat and couch and when we purchased it the salesman told us to take out the extended warranty and that it will cover any problems we will ever have during the warranty period. Our pillows have lost their shape and are coming off of the couch. We phoned and were told that the warranty does not cover pillows and just covers tears. This is a complete rip off and borders on fraud.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I purchased a front loader only 14 months ago unfortunately I forgot to purchase extended warranty before the 12 months was up. It now needs $1200 worth of repairs. This makes no sense. A washer should not be this damaged after 14 months. Since Tepperman's is selling these products I expected the quality to be above standard. Can you assist?
Driver stated she called phone but was unanswered. Proceeded to cancel delivery ..no knock no doorbell nada. Another day off work i suppose. Fire this person im mean seriously. This shot costs money for us . Het ur [censored] together. Supposed to be delivered between 1-3 pm. Phone call wass335
Now, the London location is refusing to pick up and refund. Even talking to me. I have a moving company that will return the broken washer and dryer for $600.00. So far, of pocket $500.00 over. It is $1100.00 when deliver plus Lawyer fees. I am too, afraid that even trying the dryer might get electrocuted!
Brought a bed from Teppermans. Was delivered with parts missing. Contacted to request parts. That was now 6 months ago. I have contacted them over a dozen times and they REFUSE to provide an update back to me. They are thieves that steal money..
not a problem solver company ...i spend $13.000 for furniture from them...but already first time but will be last time too...strongly not recommended this place anyone ...no need explain anything about it..im tired already ...one word REGRET ...
I purchased something at Tepperman's 2 years ago and paid the amount in full last November. Now I get a phone call that I didn't pay administration fee and life insurance which I never asked for! I told them that and apparently I still have to pay it. It was not included in my invoice. Don't understand why I need to if its not on my bill. Will not be shopping at Tepperman's anymore!
I had the same expeirience as the Windsor facility and was not impressed. They made it sound like I never had to worry about anything that could happen to the couch as this warrenty covered EVERYTHING! I had 3 small children at the time so it seemed like the logical thing to purchase. However, after having the couch for 4 months, all the seams on the seat coushins...and I mean ALL the seams, came apart. I was told that seams were not covered, however if my daughter took scissors to the entire couch that it would have been covered. Instead of pushing this warrenty on the furniture as though it is the best thing you will ever invest in, the sales people should explain exactly what ISN"T covered. I have also had to use the warrenty for several different reasons over the past two years and have had a great expierience with it. I still had to sew every single seat cushion, which of coarse looks terrible...
Did you read the conditions & coverage of your extended warranty?
I have purchased the same warranty from Tepperman's and was explicitly told that it covered stains, spills and a variety of other accidents.
It is NOT a manufacturers warranty for wear and tear or workmanship - which is the problem you are describing.
I have, on 3 seperate occasions, put my extended warranty to good use and been very satisfied with the results.
I don't feel it is a rip off and certainly is not fraud!
