I brought over the balloons that I had purchased personally else where because they were more unique than the ones available in the store and want to get them inflated (there were not too many places that fill balloons with helium around the area). I dropped off & paid on April8, 2019 and have specified for the pick up to be on April13 after 3:30pm. I arrived at the store on April13 around 5:00pm, but the people at the counter said they cannot find my balloons. They have the note there for my order, but no one has called me at all on that day. There were only 2 people at the front counter, and they were yelling at each other saying: where's the guy who's responsible for this order/he's gone already/not my responsibility already didn't get my break/have been busy all day...etc. They totally ignored the customers within the store. I was standing there furious because the balloon were for my dad's 70th birthday party, and they just seemed to be ignoring me. Finally a guy said he will try to replace me with what they have in the store. I just picked something similar to the ones I bought because I need the balloons like right away as I need to go decorate for the party. I submitted this complain online from their website, a representative did reply saying they will divert this to an appropriate person at that store, but then no respond whatsoever. I tried asking for a feedback again to the same person who replied me, but no reply again. I'm totally disappointed and furious as to how this store/business operates, and they seemed to be ignoring any complaints. I still have the receipt copy on hand.
