Booked 3 round trip flights from NY to Barcelona. All flights were cancelled due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Flyfar simply refuses to refund the money for the flights. at first they categorically refused to refund the fare. then directed all complaints to the airline (Norwegian). Norwegian in turn said refunds had to come from Flyfar as the ticketing agent. Flyfar then agreed to refund the money once they received the money from Norwegian. Well, here we are 120 days after the cancelled flight and they still wont refund the fees. It is amazing how these companies just literally steal money from people without recourse. When did crime become a business model? It is not as if I bought these tickets in a back alley; however, you would think so given the customer service.
Human decency and politeness forces us victims to rationalize the criminal behavior of these companies when dealing with them or universe at large. These shady companies rely on this human flaw to fleece their customers. Lets be honest, Flyfar as a company are crooks, their employees - by extension - are crooks. They run a crooked operation and should be investigated for their shady dealings. We all know this will never happen all we can do send these complaints into the ether and hope that someone reads this and heeds the warning. Flyfar is a criminal operation and will, if give the opportunity, steal your money. Purchase your airline tickets directly form the airlines, book your vacations directly through the hotels. It is the only way to cut out these "middlemen charlatans" that lure you in with discounts
