Hello,
I placed a grocery pickup order on Friday September 1, 2023. My grocery order was scheduled to be picked up between 4:00-4:30. I arrived right at the end of my scheduled slot at 4:30. There was one other car in the designated waiting areas. When I called to check in, they asked me about my substitutions, which I declined because they were not suitable.
I waited for 20 minutes and still no one came. So I called back to see what was going on. I was told they were missing items from my order and someone was back in the store shopping for them. I finally received my order at 5:10. The time on my receipt says 17:03.
In the items were the substitutions I declined. So I asked the employee to take them back and remove them from the order. She took them back and said they would credit the card.
When I got home, I called the store to verify, but they said it would take a few days to show on my credit card.
I still have not received the credit on account 18 days later.
I am due a refund for Olive Oil 5.99, Corn/wheat tortillas 6.58, and the cilantro 1.29.
At the very least, I am asking for a refund of those items. The total amount is $13.86. As a gesture of good customer service, I feel something else would be appropriate. I am a regular customer, but this is not the first time I have had this trouble, and will likely have to move over the Walmart for pickups so that I have less hastle and my orders are done accurately and in a timely manner.

Desired outcome: Refund of items incorrectly charged as well as remuneration for the stress and hassle of major delays in my pick up order.
