So, my son, an autistic adult, ordered food from uber eats for the first time from this place last night. It took over 45 minutes to get here. My son was anxious worrying about being ripped off because it was taking so long. He paid tip and for priority delivery. He kept whining at me, which was fun. Then the driver started messaging my son, whining that it wasnt fair to my son or him that the food was taking so long to get here. The food arrives, cold. The chili has solid cheese melted on top like a homemade cupcake. It was gross. I call the store and the chick on the phone starts explaining fast food delivery and how it works, or in this case how isnt there fault and at 2 pm there is no manager. She also told me to call uber eats an complain. I called their "customer service" where the woman just kept talking over me. I dont know how her husband gets a word in edgewise. She doesnt bother to listen to what happened and then hangs up in my ear. I looked at their reviews and got a good laugh, because the average score was 2.1 out of 5. One person said they ordered for delivery and went to get it on their bike! What a [censored]show, dont waste your money.
Desired outcome: Id like someone with manners to actually hear what the problem is, so they can address it. Id like an apology. Id like an adult with manners to answer the phone!!!!
