Who: female employee (middle age was on shift (dark hair tied up) I am sure the manager can verify who is in shift on this day at that shift.
Complaint: This employee is a bad representative to sell shoes for your company The store has no customers and I now understand why. There was no greetings, no offering of help the whole 15 mins that I was there.
One customer came in requesting an exchange and your staff spoke spoke down rudely to the customer saying "No, you can't exchange."
The customer left
I went to ask where the store carries boots similar to what I had on. She replied rudely no, we don't have them. Everything is over there! (Pointing to the woman section of the store)
I thanked her and went over to that section to look. The whole time I was there, I felt that your staff wanted me to leave. I felt like I have caused her inconvenience by being in the store or in her space.
I tried to ignore that feeling and continued looking. I tried in two pairs of boots. I would not buy them because I will not give business to this rude representative of this store location.
I left the store and said bye to your staff who did not reply back.
It was not a good feeling. It was a feeling of unwelcome.
I have never written anything to complain to a company but that unwelcome feeling and the feeling of your staff not wanting to do her job as a salesperson bothered me to a point that I feel I have to do something to inform you. This staff is not helping you with the sales of your products. I will not return to this location because it left me with a bad feeling of intruding and unwelcome.
You need to hire better representatives for your company! I hope you are taking seriously.
P.s. I had to google the address for filing this and realized there were unhappy customers complaining about rude staffs as well.
