I have made my point about e-vouchers and all the difficutlies I had with the lack of knowledge that these vendors had with understanding what they were.
This has happened several times already and I am sick and tired of losing time each and every-time. Losing 20 minutes each time while the personnel runs around with a piece of worthless paper when they insisted that I have to pay with real money, not a sheet of paper. The call center person was less than helpful, putting me on hold each time because she herself did not know what to tell me she refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Do I need this stupidity, certainly not. I was promised 10 miles, are they joking. She was the most unhelpful person, she should be fired for not knowing her job. She is a failure. Imagine 10 air miles WOW!

the above mentioned companies have the most useless personnel that I have ever experienced.. The most miserable people, belligerent, thoughtless, impolite, arrogant, pompous, cynical, narrow-minded, tactless and confrontational subject. Therefore our group of 58 families are boycotting all of the above mentioned products and stores, never to purchase again!
