Nov 15/2020, used the online offers area for deals via my computer, have done this in the past at the same store with no problems, you have 15 mins to give the cashier the code provided, so today went and tried to give the code to the cashier she had no idea what I was talking about so she got the manager guy who said no that's not how it works you need to get the code on your cell phone and bring your cell phone and show us the coupon on your phone, I said no, it was not even done on my phone but on my computer and that I had done this just a week ago twice with no issues, you give the cashier the code and she enters it in the register and it comes up, he still refused and said no that's not how it works you need to bring your cell phone in, so I did not get what I wanted and left without purchasing anything. Disgusting when a manger does not even know burger kings own policies. Thanks for wasting my time.
