California Department of Motor Vehicles [CA DMV] review: Virtual test center e learning

My driving license Real ID come for renewal on 9/11/2023, so on 8/11/2023 I started the application on line and sign for e learning and paid with #2437 DMV fee auth. 1400310000036982367105. I decide to do it on line because I am recovering from cancer and atrial so I don't have to go to the office and wait on line to take the test and risk to get a new infection. On 8/14/23 I finish the e learning course and the same day my check was debited from my account I never received an email but y took a photo of the screen where said congratulations you finished. I call DMV asking for my confirmation and I was told the result go directly to DMV. I made an appointment for 9/7/2023 to complete the renewal, for my surprise they could not find my results so I was told to take the exam there again, I didn't do it because the amount of people in that space. Now my license expire in two days and is not appointments for a month. My question where is the result of e lerarning I will like to find it and avoid the chances to get new infections. The confirmation code is A124-AECO. in a chat with an agent the suggestion was go to another office and talk to manager, again means been in an office with hundred of people. I need a solution at this problem.
