Caltex Kibler Park review: Bad service and I was insulted

Hi, I need file a complain against petrol service personnel or attendant by the name of Thabiso.

I was treated unfair, bad service and insulted by him. I went to put petrol on Sunday the 19/06/22 at around 22H00. Thabiso refused to help me when I requested him to put petrol for me that worth R500. I was told to leave cause at night people have they don't pay after putting petrol and at the same time he called me a thief.

I asked him to call the night shift supervisor, and the answer from him was Caltex don't employ supervisor to work night shift, and what ever issues I have I must address with him.

Currently am in a position of cancelling my U-count from standard bank as it doesn't give any purpose anymore because we are not getting proper service from Caltex Petrol Station.
