Canada Pardon Service formally at 200 - 130 Bridgeland Avenue, Toronto, ON M6A 1Z4 has moved to Dufferin Street, Toronto, On but they refuse to give me their complete address. None of the women working at the office speak English and I keep getting transferred from one person to another with the same result. English is the first language in Ontario and only one speaks English - Steve Morel and he refuses to talk to me or answer my emails. I have been trying to deal with them since January 2021 to get my Pardon/U.S. Travel Waiver with no results. All I get is lies and delays. We are waiting, waiting, waiting. Here it is 27 months later and I am still waiting for them to provide services they got paid for. Over $1000.00. Their website still shows the old address but phone number works. The service I paid $1000.00 + GST is now offered at $485.00.
This is not a reliable company and definitely do not recommend them for anything.
Desired outcome: First off I would like a refund of $586.85, a apology for the way they have treated me. To do more than send emails to court houses, Actually call them and expedite matters.
