I sent an expedited package the last week of October before Halloween 2022

When I tracked my package It said delivered.

So I discarded my tracking number.

I just talked to my Cousin the other day and she said she never received the parcel which was a little bigger than a shoe box.

In it was an heirloom plate that belong to our Grandmother and pics of my uncle -her Dad and Halloween stuff for her 3 children.

Apparently she moved and has a new address and her old address has been vacant for awhile.

My complaint is that the delivery agent is delivering mail and parcels to a vacant address and not holding the items at the post office. Therefore they are stolen from this residence. Why would a delivery Agent deliver mail to a vacant address! and mark it as delivered.

Now I have no way of ever retrieving the parcel. If it was kept at the post office and unclaimed after 15 business days I would have been returned to me. Now we have lost my Grandmothers plate and pics of my uncle.
