Capital City Bank review: My loan

I have been told that my loan is past due, (multiple times on different occasions) however it was paid with an account that has plenty of money. Apparently it was returned (is what I was told). I have a receipt stating it was paid. I never received anything (ever) about it being returned. My bank has no records of any money being transferred to you since the end of last year. This has now happened multiple times since having this loan with capital city bank. I am not happy with capital city bank I am actually highly pissed. I will never refer you to anyone, especially if it is for a loan. I have tried to reach hirer management but nobody will attempt to help with that. I think someone needs to take care of this and have my account fixed because I have had all of my payments paid. However they may not be on time due to when I get my checks, but they are always paid. I am tired of the games and the statements about my car going to be towed. Also your account portal to pay my loan is screwed up and doesn't work as it should. I am so over capital city bank.
