Captain of Concrete Inc review: This job was terrible and the concrete had flaws and cracks

We hired Captain of Concrete Inc. and he arrived to our yard to pour the concrete pool deck. His truck stuck in our yard and it was autumn, so it was raining almost all the time. He tried to finish the job and promised to return after winter months. So, we waited for him and he didn’t return our phone calls. We checked the work and found out that the concrete had many cracks, flaws and etc. We weren’t satisfied and tried to reach this man, but it was useless. He didn’t want to respond to our emails and phone calls.
