Car Shield review: Car warranty 1

Car shield insured me of all the things they take care of under my coverage that I paid on time every month. When it actually came down to it, they did not want to pay for any thing or reimburse me for my rental car. Car shield is the worse company to have a warrant with. My time with them have been a nightmare. My car was broke down on the side of the road and I was not even able to get in touch with roadside assistance. I kept getting hung up on and when I finally reached someone in customer service, they informed me that roadside assistance line was down and not working at the time of need. I had to call my own car insurance (Progressive) for a tow to a shop. I would not recommend anyone use Car Shield.
