In 2014, I opened up a care credit account with Synchrony Bank and halfway through the treatment for my daughter's braces, care credit and synchrony bank closed my account without notice which resulted in a $5028 medical bill on my credit report. I have repeatedly requested an itemized bill for these services and have been disregarded.
They need to respond to me in writing within 30 days or refund me $1000.00 for violating the FRCC.

Desired outcome: A check for $1000, and reinstatement of the credit and account as well as the removal of the entry from all three credit bureaus.
