Until two weeks ago I was able to access my Mortgage Account information via my Credit Union website. Now I can't, I get an error message saying the site [carenet.fnfismd] can't be found. When I contacted the CU they told me the site was working and they were able to access it and see my account.
I haven't moved or changed my computer, IP address or done anything different since the last time I was able to log in. The CU tried to trouble shoot for me but was unsuccessful.
Your assistance in quickly resolving this matter is appreciated.
I have been having the exact same problem, different bank, but also uses " carenet.fnfismd" and I'm being given an error code whenever I try to log-in. I am also overseas.
