Carrington Mortgage Services review: Assuming my current loan for Obadiah James Poole

After a rough divorce due to domestic violence that took nearly 3 years I was awarded our family home currently under Carrington Mortgage. I have shown bank proof that I have been Soley making the payments on time even though the loan was in my ex husbands name. He made me sign a document with no rights to the house previously in the marriage. I didnt know what I was signing. Gave 2 years of taxes and 3 months of pay stubs showing I am more than financially capable of making the payment. STILL getting the run around - communication is HORRIBLE - I feel victimized all over again. I just want my families home in my name and him removed as I see his name EVERY SINGLE MONTH that I make teh payment - my children have grown up in this home and I thought that with the divorce papers it would be an easy transition but it seems as though they just want to make it harder and harder and then told me I had to come up with $4200.00 for CLOSING on my own home that I have lived in and paid the mortgage on for over 13 years. Just sad. exhausted and defeated and at they're mercy... Melanie L Poole
