Obviously another scam preying on the vulnerable. cross your name out, write on " No longer at this address" "RETURN TO SENDER"

I too have recieved the same document today.. Two days ago I recieved a letter with pages of crap telling me to hurry up and post the $30 to claim the prize.
This legal looking document that arrived today telling me I might be eligible to claim the whole amount and it MUST BE PAID AS GUARANTEED BY LAW!
There will be the gulible people who will send these wankers money but I certainly won't be one of them!

back to Mrusso at the top... these people did nothing for you, . they don't do any work. They steal money from seniors and give them nothing but false hope and an empty bank account in return. The fictitious names (York, Winthorp and Carrrington) don't exist. These people are legally stealing your money, they only promise HOPE, which they don't have to deliver on! They promise you "IF" you are SELECTED. You're only selected to SEND THEM more money! DON'T do it.
Too bad seniors aren't on the internet so much that they can be aware of this.
PROTECT YOUR ELDERLY FAMILY MEMBERS FROM THIS SCAM. IT IS YOUR OBLIGATION

EVERYBODY connected to the (Carrington Winthrop & Your) scam needs to have their hands and feet hacked off by an ax leaving the ax buried deep within their severed pubic bone as the public laughs at their torment to spit at their misery. If that fails to teach the rotter criminals then smashing their skulls flat with a heavy wooden mallet ought to do the trick. If that fails, soaking all of them down with gasoline in a hole and lighting them on fire so you can listen to their screams as they burn to death will keep them busy for awhile. If the stench of burning flesh gets to be too much hang all of them upside in a row on a long metal pole by their feet and use a chainsaw to whack them up into pieces after tormenting them with red hot irons for several hours but whatever you decide make sure they all perish in horrific agony - after that they'll be ready for further measures of sinister deprivation according to your own unique ways of wretched desire. How many more of these things am I going to get? They have been arriving weekly since Xmas. How naive am I? What I wouldn't remember entering a lottery or contest in America? I don't even send money to America. But I have got value out of these correspondence, the looks and laughs the get from my friends, where they are all laminatd and framed on the lounge -room wall. I have enough from all theses phoney offers to never have to work again! I guess I'll just spend the next 20 years cruising around the world. Imagine only having to spend 20 Euros, 20 pounds, 30 dollarsAUD or whatever the currency to get $5, 000.00 or $7, 000.00 or even $3, 165, 141.00. Yea right! But I'll have the last laugh, they are paying for these correspondences, I'm just hangin them on my wall.
Simonmik.

O K so I was stupid enough to send my details via e-mail when I received my "winning notification" I was confused as Ive entered a few lotteries. Ive now received the same letter that Susan did. So tell me if I can google this company it means others can to and see what is written here. They have attached a section which the "winner" must sign - so I guess this is more then just skimming money from each person who will fall for it. It could be a fruadulant scheme to erase any money you have in the bank. Worse still it could be identity theft. They have all your details plus your signature No problem to assume your identity with false documents Look how convincing the mail they send out is. Please if anyone actually receives any money Let me know The interesting part is that the back of the letter says any money you send them is refundable within 60 days Has anyone gone this route? What happened?

So true, but there are others such as merril something, and they are all at this same address, 1401 Armour Road, N, Kansas city, MO 64116 USA, they all have different names but have the same address and still ask to send 25 or $30. Please be aware that these are the same people. And another at Station Road or something station it'll be in the address. Avoid sending any money to these places.

I recieved the same letter around Christmas 2009, what a scam! Originally couldn't find anything about them, then file to check them out later, thank goodness having the ability to check them out via Google. Hope these guys enjoy time behind bars trying to con people into paying $30 or whatever the currency to gain access to "funds that don't exist!"
On a closing note how about tracking the guys down who gave them our or 'sold them' our details - no doubt via the internet!
