On Oct. 14 2022 I ordered cbd gummies. received 3 bottles and information not to take if on prescription medicine of any kind. The advertisement stated if they don't take care of your problem within 90 days we will refund all of your money. No questions ask. Not paying attention to the warning I decided I would try half of one and see if it effected me in any way. Within 20 minutes my blood pressure shot up to 198/95. Then I knew I had purchased something I could not use. Advertisement should have stated don't purchase if you are on medication of any kind. I called and got the address where to return. I returned product and tracked for delivery. It arrived on Oct. 24, 2022. Then I called for a refund again and was told to call back on the 11th of November.. At that time I was given a conformation number 2926290. I failed to call back on the 11th but called after holiday. called on 11/26/2022 and was told I would have to pay for open bottle and for restocking. How could you try something without opening bottle and get a full refund.. Does that really make cents? I rejected that offer and the gentleman said he would refund stocking fee but I still had to pay for opening bottle and trying the product. A full refund means all of it.
