I opened an account about 8 or so months ago. I have never been late nor missed a payment however I changed banks and on Dec 1 2022 I made a payment but noticed it said I was late which I was not so I called I told the lady on the phone I had changed banks and had already made my payment she said they tried to take money from the account I closed I asked her why when they have never done that before she had no real answer. She said she fixed the issue however it still shows late and today Dec 30 2022 I have a payment due and it shows late. How can a payment be late on the same day it’s due. This is a horrible company that can’t seem to get anything correct. I have never been late so fix it
