CC Hotel Reservation review: Scam

I booked a hotel in VA I thought they assured me that the hotel was the closes to VCU my father was flow there by helicopter when I got to the hotel at 2am in the morning from spending hours at the hospital there was no reservation for me I called them and told them to cancel my reservation and they refuse they told me that they made a reservation in Boston, Massachusetts. I had to pay for another hotel that night and now the refuse to return my money.
