CCI Hotel RES. review: Charges

May 10 night at Double Tree in Ann Arbor, Mi. Made reservation for two night by mistake. Called and cancelled May 11, 2022. I am still getting charged for two night on credit card. tried to call, but can not get through. they keep wanting to make another reservation. I do not need one. I would like a refund on my Credit Card. Have booked before and had no trouble. I am very unhappy with CCI Texas. They said it would be taken care of before our stay!
