CC*I Hotel Res review: Hotel reservation

I have 4 charges pending in the amount of 226.99 for hotel reservations that I never stayed at. I have a receipt for the hotel that I DID stay at for the same date in the amount of 129.74 CAD. I did stay at a hotel after a flight cancellation due to force majeure on the same date that my credit card transaction record shows “ charges pending”.

I would never have booked a hotel in this amount for an overnight airport layover due to flight cancellation by an airline.
