With all the pleading I'm doing to have me you keep these accts., of mine in force, you'd think just maybe you'd do just that until we could talk
by telephone. Abandoning a conversation with your customers is reprehensible, and down right unacceptable. This policy to communicate in every way other than voice by phone, is disconcerting.
Something in the way CD Baby, Hear now, and other customers accts. are being handled is in error. Please contact me by telephone asap., today, and this incorrect data entry by your company can be quickly corrected. I have checked with my Banking Institution to see when the electronic attempts are made by CD Baby, to withdraw, or obtain the electronic payment. The problem is not on my end here, it is how the Data is being entered by whom, or by
Robotic means, to obtain payment.
I am a partially handicapped, with Parkinsons disease, and my ability to type, and avoid chaotic environments, in order to positively affect my motor skills is paramount. I'm asking that this email be forwarded to the person or people who are responsible for compliance with handicapped laws and rendering customers service for the handicapped.
I am printing a copy of this letter and mailing it to your offices. Please verify receipt of this letter, and direct it to the accounting dept., so they can call me, and get this problem corrected. I have been a loyal customer of CD Baby, even through changes of ownership, and other policy changes which have affected customer service negatively. I am able to be reached most days, M-F., and sat., with a simple telephone call. [protected] [protected]@gmail.com
