[protected], after taking over from Plading, telus took over the account of my busniss security and collected payments on my Visa card up to Aug 2022 since sept 2020 and now they tell me the account is in default for non payment?

i have tried to talk to hust about every person at Telus but no one knows where and he charge is for?in the mean time the account was suspended without any warning or notice.PLEASE STOP CHARHING MY VIZA CARD FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT HAS BEEN SUPPOSEDLEY CLOSED.
