ChainWire review: Chainwire press release distribution services

I am writing to formally complain ChainWire.org, a press release distribution service with which I have had significant issues regarding frozen funds and lack of resolution.

Issue:
I signed up with ChainWire.org as reseller and I opted media articles and made payments to ChainWire.org for press release distribution credits. Post few distribution of media, an amount $2197 worth left on my account of chainwire.org. It happened a few months and This week, when I tried to reuse the funds and asked to send my articles to media for what I was already paid.

I was told that the funds were subsequently frozen, and I have been unable to use them or receive a refund. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with ChainWire.org CEO, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution.

Actions Taken:
I have contacted ChainWire.org CEO via assigned telegram group and he asked to buy new credits or forget the funds. He also instructed a team of 10 people from same company [all are in one group with me] not to contact or reply.

Resolution Sought:

I am requesting full refund of $2197. The lack of action on their part has caused considerable frustration, and the delay in resolving this issue is hurting me.
