Charter Club review: King sheet

A king sheet set was bought and used for about a year or so. It was altered with two other sets. The flat sheet is all ripped, kind of shredded. This is the second time this happened. Not too long ago another flat charter club sheet ripped the same way. I figured they were defective and throw them out. Now here we are again. This is not right. They cost a lot and should last longer.

I tried to complain directly to charter club but cannot find who to contact.
