Cheers Singapore review: very bad customer service and used vulgar words

I always used to buy things at this place, quite near to my working area. So, today as usual when I went to the shop. I bought a cup of 3 in 1 coffee. Once done payment I quickly opened it and filled with hot water. I took one bag and put the coffee inside it. Accidentally, I spilled the coffee on floor. it was too hot and called the staff and said. I thought the staff (chinese lady) will give me anything to wipe because I burned my hand. But rather than doing it, she called me stupid and said going to complain on me. it gives me shock. She started to keep on scolding me in vulgar words. I told her "I don't mean to do it". She just raised her voice and ask me to go out from shop. I don't even managed to buy another coffee. Is this the way to treat customer? or because i'm not singaporean I been treated like this? she never give me a proper receipt and my hand burned so I couldn't take picture also.
