This is a complaint about Michael Sweaney, being person masquerading as principal of company he calls Sculpt International (formerly Chemlift). He is a fraud artist who defaulted on his contract after collecting payment and then proceeded to "steal" our product name (Sculpt) and infringe copyright laws with respect to product information posted on our website. Our most recent information shows that Michael Sweaney is based either in the Greater Seattle area or in the State of California, USA. Our experience has indicated that he deals under fictional corporate names, collects funds via PayPal and defaults on any contracts or promises. Beware of this person. He is wanted in the USA for fraud. Search Internet for Chemlift and Michael Sweaney for further information. Previous fraud includes activity related to fictional product named Chemlift, which he now calls Sculpt or SculptMetic. This man is a ruthless fast-talking fraud artist with no assets or product. Note on his website, www.sculptmetic.com that there is no business address, no telephone number, etc. None of his claims are real. He does not own rights to any products. He seems to be currently in hiding and so far he has successfully avoided service of legal documents issued by our legal counsel. We have alerted Police departments in States of Washington and California of his fraudulent activity and, per their advice, we are now pursuing any Internet links, such as this one, to alert public. We will be pursuing charges against Michael Sweaney to furthest extent of the law to diminish any possibility that he might interfere with our future business endeavours.

I almost got scammed by this guy. His real name is Sweeney or Sweaney. He took from me 15000$ pretending he will sell the formula of the cream. He owns NOTHING. Neither the formula, nor the creams themselves That come from a wholesale distributor in Florida. Somebody told me he has the same story with an english guy and that he has been condamned oversea for that. He change his name as he scamms. Now he goes under scientificusainc.com, before it was leedsScientific.com. Justice has to stop him.

I just responded to an ad about selling (or buying) I suppose this "wonder product". It appear he is in Las Vegas and I responded to a Craigslist ad selling the "Next bid thing". Make $3, 000 a week. The email I received was from Michael Erickson and I was to fill in an application package which I didn't do. l I started to google the company! and this is what I found! Wow!
