My brothers kids were taken by CPS over a year ago. I went to court and the judge ordered a home check and background check be done. They never came and I was told that they decided to keep the children with the foster family. Now they are going to adopt the kids out claiming that no family is available or willing to take them? They ignored the judges ruling and did as they please and now we are losing members of our family forever. How is this even right?
I am the dependable family and I'm not a liar. I spoke to the CPS caseworker today and she knew nothing about me stepping up over a year ago to get the kids. I'll be in court to fight for them tomorrow. Glad some people know it all
###s lied and say they did a home inspection at my house when they never set foot on my property. The kids will be adopted out next month and we will never see them thanks to CPS and my mental brother wanting to honor his wife. Every time I try to interject I get shut down. They don't want the kids to be safe with family. I'm certainly qualified already raising kids I didn't birth.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was a CPS worker in Houston Texas, they do that to people all the time. That is one reason I resigned. People are afraid of speaking out because of fear of losing the children..The agency think they are doing what is best but honestly they are the one abusing them.
