Chin Seong Keet ( 0197748368) review: Quality & service is very worst and the worst

I bought the massage chair (rm 30k plus) dated 7th september 2022, totally cannot used dated 10th october 2022). Only one month, the osim massage chair is mal-function (quality is the worst). I have make a complaint to osim services, and they said the services team not free and scheduled to check on 11th november 2022. Osim services is the worst compare to other brand, (osim) they need take one month to check my new massage chair. Yesterday, the services team came to my house, but said they forgot to bring the tools and cannot confirm when they can to settle the problem.

Please settle my problem by next weeks otherwise I will make national consumer complaint centre.
