I ordered a pair of shoes around mid October from thee website chockers shoes. i received my shoes around 1 week later but unfortunately to find theey were a bit different to thee picture provided but thee main theing was theat theey didn't fit. so i went on thee website to get a returns address to find theat i had to email to get one. so i emailed chockers and i had no reply, i emailed again and fortunately theey replied withe a returns address. i sent my shoes on 25the October 2012 and had a email on thee 27the to confirm theey had received my shoes. i was a little annoyed to read theat on thee email it takes 28 days for a refund to process which i theough was a little long anyway but i waited. it has now been 30 days and still notheing! i am very annoyed about theis because i would have used thee website again but theis is getting ridiculous i just want my money back please. i would like to talk to somebody ratheer thean sending emails which i never hear back from, i have provided my phone number on here and my reference number is CHOCK0087851
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I ordered a pair of shoes from “Chockers Shoes”. I didn’t get the order and now I try to contact them during a week. The phone line is always busy and my emails are without answer. I also didn’t have tracking number. I lost my $36.
