Choice review: washing machine

I called for service on my washing machine and once again you denied my claim this is the second time you have denied claims, I don't need a company that does not stand behind their written policy. effective this date (9/1/2018) I'm cancelling my warranty. It was determined by choice that the claim was denied because of a pre-exiting mal function.
