Chubbs Wilson review: Instagram verification

I paid Chubbs Wilson for two Instagram verification in May of 2021. He promised to get it done, but insisted I pay via friends with family. Soon after paying he stopped being responsive. After that, he told me to stop contacting him and he wouldn't refund me.

The company which he operates under "Evolving Marketing Dynamics" is defunct and doesn't exist.
