We've been with Cintas for many years and they are the worse in customer service and billing. They try and tell us we are stuck in a contract and trying to tell us we need to buyout but we are not satisfied with the service. We have several complaints and emails stating why we are not happy and their staff just changes and nothing gets fixed. We cancel service upon contract ending and they said they didn't get anything. I'm finally fed up and ready to take them to court.
