Cintas Corporation Nearly creamed by a Cintas Truck on HIghway

I was driving home from Grand Rapids MN to Duluth MN today about 2:35 pm, clear, sunny afternoon, on Highway 2 South, terminating in Hermantown. We were moving at the legal limit in 1 lane. There was a big Truck in front, then a FedEx small truck, then me, than the large Cintas Van. The driver was tailgating me, no more than 10-12 feet at most between us. I practiced defensive driving and slowed down, in hopes he would back off! No dice, not an inch. When the lanes widened to 2, I was so scared I zoomed in front of the FedEx driver, looked like a jerk. (He flashed front lights at me, can't blame him, but I passed in left passing lane as fast as possible. The FedEx driver was professional, didn't tailgate me. But as soon as we hit a 2nd passing lane, I saw the Cintas guy moving to pass him. Frightened, I passed safely in front of the truck. Later I let him pass me in the next double line opening, did not want to be in front of a speed demon. When we hit Hermantown, traffic slowed and he was in the right lane, I passed and saw it was a young guy, looked 19-20 at most. License plate # I got was YBX 7930. If this guy kills someone, Cintas will be responsible. Maybe they should take precautions, and not put someone like this behind the wheel of a large, heavy van.

Recommendation: Technically I'm not a customer. I saw their trucks all the time when I lived in Northern California, never had my safety or life threatened that way.

Cintas Corporation Won't hire good men

So, I have filled out 6 applications and got back that "unfortunately we went with a different candidate" email. I was referred to the company by an employee and that employee talked to the GM and hiring manager, but I still got the sorry email from them. I went down there twice, and the lady manager wasn't there so I left my number but never got a call back. I called her and left 3 voicemails and still no call back. I want to know why! What was it about me or my resume that made them say we pass. I have 5 years' experience in this kind of industry and should not have been passed over! I have showed that I am interested in this company, and I find it very unprofessional that I didn't get a call back. All those position that I got passed on are still up like they didn't hire anyone yet, here I am ready work but Thay won't even call me back!

Recommendation: Dont try to work here!

Cintas ought to give proper feedback about employment decisions. In most cases, please follow up with HR for feedback regarding your applications. If the jobs are still advertised, you may want to consider refreshing your resume to emphasize the required qualifications which match their job advertisements. Kindly keep trying looking for other options while waiting.

Cintas Corporation Absolutely worst business practices!

They are probably the worst company I have ever hired to do something for me. The contract is absolutely absurd. I knew that I was in contract, but didn’t know they renew without your knowledge. Went to cancel my contract and I was told I would have to pay termination fees, but then was told that I would be sued on top of that! What!?!? How does that make sense? The payment of termination fee is to void the contract. I felt pressured when they came and now I feel pressured to stay with this garbage [censored] company. They raise their fees whenever they feel like it for no reason whatsoever. If your ever thinking of doing business with this company, DON’T!

Recommendation: DO NOT USE THEM

They did the same to me and I'm fighting it don't let them bully you around. I Never gave consent for anyone other then me to make decisions or sign on my behave when you open the contract you did directly so they should contact you directly to renew they are a scam

Cintas Corporation We hired Cintas to help us with our supplies

We hired Cintas to help us with our supplies. We have had many ongoing issues with them. They simply provided very poor service. We were billed when they provided no service (office was closed for a holiday). We have them on video dropping the bill off through the door slot. We ran out of supplies in the middle of the month. They often didn't response to text messages, emails, or messages on their portal. We had our supplier complain that he couldn't make the hours we were open. It was told it was partially my fault we were getting poor service. This is just a part of the ongoing issues. When given a letter stating we owed them for ending out contract early, they then sent us to their lawyer, claiming we didn't contact them in 7 business days. This is simply untrue. We contacted them twice (I have the time stamps on my phone.) and they never returned our calls. I do not recommend them at all.

I only give them one star because ZERO isn't an option. Already outrageous prices are always increasing. Completely misleading long term contracts. Awful for a small business!

We have a cintas rep who constantly adds things to our first aid boxes which we have REEPEATEDLY told him not to add.Very shady! Watch them like a hawk as they're refilling your boxes!

Cintas Corporation Cintas has been the absolute worst to deal with!

Cintas has been the absolute worst to deal with! I've been trying for 2 months to get copies of our contracts for multiple locations. I've tried leaving requests on their website, calling different locations, emailing SEVERAL people. NOBODY gets back to me. I check up on the situation every single week and there's either a "reassurance" reply that they've passed the task on to the right people or no reply at all. We are lucky this is not a desperately time sensitive issue but we do have the right to this information and withholding it or ignoring us about it looks incredibly shady and unprofessional on their part. I don't know what else to do from here to get some answers. If you are considering using Cintas for anything at all I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. And this is not the only interaction with them I have had. Another company I worked for had a much worse situation with them I will not elaborate on. Do NOT give them your business.

This company is a major rip off. Do not sign a contract with them, you will be sorry. I can't believe they are still in business. I am person who never leaves reviews nor has the time to but people need to know not to waste their money and stand the chance of getting locked into a contract. I downsized my business and am being forced to pay a $150 per month for 1 roll of paper towels. Poor commination from the management plus they wait months to drop off anything while your still being charged for the service.

Cintas is a business of professionalism. Its very important that my work clothes look and feel good. Jonathan and Ronnie really take pride in their work and take care of me. My work uniforms are always clean and fitted to my liking. If there is anything I need changing on them like sizing or wear, they make sure to take care of it for me. Thank you Cintas for having employees like Jonathan and Ronnie.

Cintas has the worst customer service Ive ever dealt wit. Ive had to call numerous times to deal with our accounts (we unfortunately have two accounts.) Ive never been spoken to so rudely by a customer service representative before. Every single time I call, theyre hateful, ***, cut me off and will not let me finish, and the tone of their voice is cold. Our service is a mess also. Dont even get me started on billing! It seems like theyre a nightmare!

Cintas Corporation I wish I could give 0 stars!

I wish I could give 0 stars! This is the most deceitful company I have ever dealt with. We get billed for services they don't provide. They email invoices that do not have a signature from someone at our company as we have told them numerous times they MUST get an employee to sign. We NEVER see them in house and then we get the bills. The supplies they say they deliver are not delivered. Stupid to bill for tangible items when we can easily prove they aren't there! We asked for copies of the contracts for all our plants and they cannot provide any. When we try to cancel, we are told we can't, "under contract" (which they can't produce). Then the reps say let me come in and speak with you to make things better. NO, cancel the services, stop billing us for supplies/services you aren't providing. I don't know how this company can still be in business. Maybe their uniform business works but we don't use that part of their business. Oh wait, they can stay in business, we aren't the only ones who get billed for supplies or services NOT rendered!

Cintas Corporation Towels, billing etc

We've been with Cintas for many years and they are the worse in customer service and billing. They try and tell us we are stuck in a contract and trying to tell us we need to buyout but we are not satisfied with the service. We have several complaints and emails stating why we are not happy and their staff just changes and nothing gets fixed. We cancel service upon contract ending and they said they didn't get anything. I'm finally fed up and ready to take them to court.

Cintas Corporation Faulty fire suppression equipment and charges

We have a Restaurant in Katy, TX in which Cintas provides our Fire suppression equipment for. This is the wet/dry powder chemical that disburses white powder when there is a fire in the kitchen. This system has gone off two times in the past two years with most recent last month and previous on July 4th last year;when there has been absolutely nothing wrong and no sign of any sort of fire or high heat. By this equipment going off, it disbursed white powder all over the kitchen, all of our equipment, food, etc. which means we have to shut down the restaurant immediately. Once we shut down, then Cintas comes in to clean up and recharge the wet chemical system along with charging us those fees they also pass along a service call fee. This ends up being a charge of over $4,000! This doesn't include what we lose in lost revenue, wasted food, upset customers, and employees that lose wages as well. When we try to address this issue of faulty equipment and overly sensitive system with Cintas, and ask why it would go off without reason, they just adjust the temp setting and say it is no fault of theirs. We even captured and saved video footage showing the time this past month when the system just went off on it's own causing extensive damage and it shows there was no fire or no reason it should have gone off. This is no way to back up your product,or take care of your loyal customers!

Claimed loss: Employee wages for lost work time, paid labor for clean-up. Reimbursement for customer complaints, lost revenue during time restaurant had to be closed. Cost of food lost due to damage.

Desired outcome: We would like the system to be serviced and fixed so this doesn't happen again and to have our invoice for the past service call in October cleared as it was due to a malfunction in your equipment and of no fault in our restaurant.

Cintas Corporation Cintas rug/mat service

In september 2023 i contacted a reprensentative to inquire about hiring Cintas to service my cafe's kitchen mats and floor rugs. A fellow named Mathew Flaherty met with me in my business and we took measurements of the products i needed and came to an agreement. He said it would take a week to start swapping out the mats and rug.

A month later for the first delivery of these rugs and mats nothing was correct. He completely forgot the kitchen mats, and the rugs were not the dimensions agreed to in our meeting. Then he proceeded to remind me multiple times that i can cancel the order instead of coming up with solutions. The customer service was ridiculous and he was very short with me. He offered no solutions to his own mistakes and was not willing to help at all.

this should be dealt with immediately and should be an embarresment to any company.

Claimed loss: Time and energy

Desired outcome: the parties involved be corrected an di hopoe this doesnt happen to any other business owner.

Cintas Corporation Customer service/billing dept.

I'm unable to view my bills on line. I followed all instructions but unable to obtain a password. On, 6/28/23,I called [protected], but unable to view my billing and was told to call [protected]. On 6/29/23 called and spoke to someone, and was dis-connected. I called a second time and was promised to send me a password (never received). The Cintas driver told me to call my customer service person Lauran Warner @ [protected]. I called on 7/18, 7/21 & 8/2, and left messages, but no returned calls were received.

Is there someone who will call me to help my request on line viewing?

Cintas Corporation Unauthorized charges Sarasota Florida

We have been customers since February 2023. Our rep comes in every week to fill detergent and chemicals containers for our restaurant. We agreed to use only the necessary products, no mats or other items that were offered initially. Our first bill was higher than the products used and had other charges. Also, it seams that on every visit, four a week, despite that our containers were almost full (we are a small restaurant/cafe) the rep was signing himself the invoice with skewed amounts and other items that we did not agreed on.

After several complaints and calls we are still not squared. I spoke to our rep and Brian G Robertson several times, sent email and messages. Still not resolved. All I am asking is to rectify our bills for what we use and adjust our past due for the appropriate credit.

It seams to me that they take advantage of all the disorganization the company has and the trust that new customers initially give them. I looked up their company's complaint list and it is pretty high.

Cintas is a company that was born from hard working people, but I feel that now it has made its billions and is taking advantage of customers.

Desired outcome: receive the appropriate credit and we may continue doing business

I would like to file a complaint about my cintas salesman named casey mushinski, at hosuton tx. This guy is being despicable, disrespect and shameful. He is just unforgiveable, he put the black mat all over my restaurant without telling me and I told him to take it back because I dont need it, and he refuse to take it back and charged for that. This is unacceptable

Cintas Corporation Unauthorized purchases billed to my account

Our rep allows employees to purchase products and bill to my account. After multiple notices that this is not allowed, when I report it, the supervisors blow me off by saying "we will give you a free week of service" or "we will give you a credit". None of this happens. Weeks go by - nothing. Meanwhile, they debit my account every single week. I need to get an attorney they are stealing from my company. Beware of this company, don't ever let them have access to your account, they will promise you the sky and steal from your account.

Desired outcome: Full refund to my account for unauthorized shoes purchased and no longer have access to debit my account. A check will be cut each week for services ordered.

Cintas Corporation As a hotel, we are impacted financially due to COVID-19

As a hotel, we are impacted financially due to COVID-19. We called to cancel all services with all our vendors. Instead Cintas stated that we can not cancel services without a $1,099.92. buyout of the contract that was NOT signed by the management company. The Cintas sales person had a contract signed by an person prior to the hotel even opening. Cintas didn't have any signatures from the management company. Further, the contract was for 5 years! All of our vendors that have contracts are always for 1 year and are signed by the management company. I talked to the Service Manager and the General Manager and both wanted the buyout from the contract. They showed a lack of compassion and showed that they only care about money. How can the hotel that is severely affected by COVID-19 in NJ pay this buyout when we can not afford to pay any of our vendors and are on the brick of bankruptcy. We are working with all the vendors to cancel all services and not one has pushed back...even those with contracts. Not one vendor has said NO except of course Cintas. We have already paid for services rendered except for March and April because we have no revenue coming in. However, now instead of 93.00, Cintas wants the hotel to pay $$1,099.92 for a contract. I said what contract - we had services and we are paid for services. I called corporate Cintas and they said they don't get involved with local Cintas companies and their contracts! WHAT? So corporate Cintas says that they don't care how local Cintas are treating small businesses in their local area! So basically what does Corporate Cintas do? Local Cintas got a lawyer, who sent me an email, about the buyout. I am trying to figure out why Cintas is coming after a Small business family that is about to lose their entire life savings due to COVID-19 and Cintas is further pressuring the hotel business about $1,099.92. BTW, if you ever call Cintas, they have a voice message that states they help over 400 non-profit companies and that they listen to their customer and they help their customer. However, instead of listening and help a customer, a lawyer contacted me! During this crisis, you can see the companies that work with you and those that try to further hurt you when you are already down.
