Been a customer of Grace and Lace for a while now. Recently, I gave my thoughts on some items from their new launch. But, I got blocked from their Instagram account. I said that one item was too expensive and another wasn't my style. They replied, "You don't have to buy it." Also, they asked what everyone bought, and I said I couldn't buy anything that week. I emailed them about this, and they apologized but never replied to my follow-up. Is this how they treat loyal customers? Blocking them for being honest? I won't buy from them again.

I shop at Grace and Lace all the time, both online and in stores. I really like what they're all about, but I had a bad experience with them recently. I bought a purple lounge set that didn't have any washing instructions on it. I was so excited to wear it that I didn't wash it first. I ended up sleeping in it and it left really bad purple stains on my nice white sheets. I emailed customer service and asked for a refund, but they said no. The set was only $47, and they have so much money, so I don't understand why they couldn't just give me my money back. Instead, they just said sorry and gave me a $10 coupon for my next purchase. They also said that I was the first person to complain about this, which seems crazy to me. If they're not going to give me my money back for something that ruined my sheets, they should at least put washing instructions on their tags. I don't think I'll be buying from them again.

I've tried to get in touch with them a bunch of times, but they haven't answered me. They keep sending me ads by email, but they can't answer my question. My wife bought some clothes from Grace and Lace LLC. When the clothes came, one of the shirts didn't fit right. We sent some of the clothes back for a return, but my wife had to pay $20.00 to send them back because the company doesn't help with that. One of the clothes we sent back had a note that said it was a 'final sale'. After the company got the package, they sent an email saying they wouldn't give us our money back for the 'final sale' item. They said we could pay for more shipping if we wanted it back, but we couldn't exchange it. They're making me pay for something I already paid for. Instead of giving us our money back for the one item, they said they're going to donate it and we won't get our money back. This is not okay. No company should be able to do this.

I asked for a store credit, but they said the shirt had a smell. I only tried it on once and sent it back. I never wore it and even showered before trying it on, so I had no perfume or anything on me. They said I have to pay $6.75 to have it shipped back to me or they will donate it. I'll lose $43.00. Their return policy doesn't say anything about smell, only that you can't wash or wear it. I've tried to argue with them a couple of times, but they won't listen. I've never had this problem with any other online store. Many other customers are having the same problem. We don't know if they'll donate it or resell it. This is bad customer service.

The tracking kept saying it was delayed and didn't update after 9/29. I talked to a *** person 4 times and they told me on 10/6 that it was lost. They said I should talk to Grace and Lace because they didn't insure it. I talked to Grace and Lace and they won't give me my money back or send me new stuff. They say it's not their fault if it gets lost and they didn't insure it. I can only get $50 from *** because that's how much Priority mail is insured for. I'll lose $120.

But then, they said they couldn't take it back because it smelled like coconut. I only tried it on for 30 seconds after taking a shower, and there was no smell when I got it back.
