CJ Dropshipping The Best and quality service than any other sources

By comparing with aliexpress CJ is on top of my heart, because aliexpress customer service is nil. CJ customer service and there products are at a top rated level. I have my own account agent 'Helen Li' she helped me a lot, when i massage her one skype, whatsapp or from cj chat she is instantly riply to me and always there for my any problem and it is easy to use CJ.

Cheapest prices you can have from CJ, and yes CJ have shipping cost but they are very speed than other services. The best part is you can have you own private inventory in USA and may more countries. With my account agent Helen Li i can manage them very easily. Thanks to CJ dropshipping and Helen

CJ Dropshipping CJ Dropshipping-- Great Service

I have been Using CJ Dropshipping for a while now, I was using another wholesaler but when I would check on google for prices, I would inevitably see the product I was trying to sell on my site for sale by the wholesaler for the same price they were charging me. CJ doesn't do this they are a wholesaler and want to help me grow my business, after all when my business does good so does theirs. They have a live chat button if you have any questions day or night and they also provide you with a Personal Agent. My personal agent is Annie, if I don't contact her with any questions she will reach out to me to see if everything is alright or maybe just to give me a list of current top selling items. This really creates a feel of a type of partnership between the wholesaler and retailer... WHO DOESN'T WANT A PARTNER... Thanks Annie and CJ for making this a great experience.

CJ Dropshipping Not Your Average Dropshipper

You order a product, and you have to make sure you buy it now, and then it is shipped to CJ, and then CJ ships it out to you. Ok, I purchased it on the 14th of February. And I received it today March 4. You are assigned an agent, and they will answer any questions, You may or may not have. I will be using this company as my supplier of certain goods. One of my main concerns is that I did order a product, and no one contacted me to let me know the supplier stopped making this product. I had to ask what happened to my purchase. You can use this company as a drop shipper to add the products to your inventory in advance, and then when CJ has the effect, you can place the product on your website as a dropshipping product. For me, that is too much work, I will order the product, and when it arrives, I will place the product on my website. The product is beautiful, and I am happy.

CJ Dropshipping Sourcing From China Has Never Been Easier!

I have been doing dropshipping for 2 years mostly sourcing from Aliexpress and Alibaba. However, I got too tired on dealing with each supplier and I find its very hard to manage 5-6 suppliers for one shop. Therefore, I decided to switch sourcing from Aliexpress to CJ Dropshipping and I am so glad that I made the change. Easy platform, customized packing option, wonderful customer service! My agent is Helen and she really make my experience at CJ to the whole new level. So enthusiastic, extremely responsive and super friendly. Can't tell how much I appreciate her work, Helen is the main reason I choose CJ dropshipping over other suppliers in the market as I feel very confident and reliable knowing that there is also someone will walk me through all the questions or problems when something unexpected occurs. If you are looking for top-notch customer service, then CJ is the one to go!

CJ Dropshipping Terrible Experience with CJ Dropshipping: Slow Processing, Poor Customer Service, and Incompetence

I had a really bad experience with CJ Dropshipping. They really messed up my business and caused me a lot of problems. They are so slow and they don't seem to understand how important it is to be quick when it comes to dropshipping. They say that their processing time is fast, but in reality it takes much longer than they claim. And then, on top of that, they waste even more time before dispatching the items. It's really frustrating.

I tried to contact them about this, but it was pointless. They take forever to respond to tickets and they only dispatch items when it suits them. They don't seem to care about their customers at all. And to make matters worse, they are completely unavailable during weekends and US time zones. Their online agents are useless too. They just make excuses and waste even more time.

It doesn't matter how long you've been with them or how much money you've made for them. Their operations are just pathetic. They are completely incompetent when it comes to running a dropshipping business on such a large scale. I really regret not doing more research before choosing them. I would strongly advise anyone else to avoid them at all costs and use a different dropshipping service instead.

CJ Dropshipping Disappointing Experience with CJ Dropshipping: Delayed Delivery and Unhelpful Support

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with CJ Dropshipping. I placed an order for some goods back in November, and it's now January and I still haven't received my package. The last tracking update I got was way back in November, and the Yodel page just says "Estimated delivery date: Unavailable at this time."

I tried reaching out to Yodel, but they weren't much help. And when I contacted CJ's dispute team, they didn't want to take any responsibility for the issue. They kept telling me to contact Yodel, but I had already tried that and it didn't work. I mean, come on, I paid for the delivery to my customer's address and the package wasn't delivered. That's not my fault, right?

Anyway, I ended up having to place a new order (SD***) and thankfully that one was delivered successfully. But then, of course, the product was faulty. So I had to dispute it again. And now I'm waiting for the third package to be shipped.

Overall, I'm not too impressed with CJ Dropshipping. It's been a frustrating experience, and I'm not sure if I'll be using their services again in the future.

CJ Dropshipping Disappointing Experience with CJ Dropshipping: Hidden Shipping Costs and Lack of Transparency

I'm a newbie in the world of dropshipping and I must say that my experience with CJ Dropshipping has been quite disappointing. I learned the hard way that the total price for some items is not even close to what they initially show. They label some items as oversized, even when they are not that big, and you only get to know the actual shipping cost when you go to fulfill the order. This has caused me a lot of trouble and frustration.

The first time I ordered from CJ Dropshipping, I ended up paying a whopping $50 to ship a ceramic cat dish. Yes, you read that right, just one dish, not 20, not 10, just one. I was shocked and felt obligated to pay it since it was my first order. I didn't want to cancel it and ruin my relationship with the supplier. But it was a hard pill to swallow.

Then, just last night, a customer ordered a rattan cat bed from my store. The item was marked as shipping for $13, which was reasonable. But when I went to fulfill the order, the shipping cost was a staggering $75! I couldn't believe it. Who in their right mind would pay $75 to ship a $20 cat bed? I had no choice but to cancel the order. It was frustrating and embarrassing to explain to my customer why I had to cancel their order.

I feel like CJ Dropshipping is not being transparent with their pricing. They are not giving their customers the full picture, and this is not fair. I'm in the process of removing all of CJ's products from my site and replacing them with products from other suppliers. I cannot continue to use a service that does not treat its customers fairly.

In conclusion, I would not recommend CJ Dropshipping to anyone. They have caused me a lot of trouble and frustration, and I don't want anyone else to go through the same experience. Zero stars from me.

Unfortunately, my experience with CJ Dropshipping (cjdropshipping.com) was not a pleasant one. As a drop-shipper, I have encountered various challenges, but this website was a total disaster. I found it extremely disappointing that they resort to blackmailing their customers to pay extra freight charges or other fees after they have already made a purchase. Not only is it unethical, but it is also bad business practice.

What's more, the consequences of refusing to pay these additional charges are dire. They hold your orders, which can cause delays and make it impossible to deliver products to your buyers on time. Furthermore, this can result in negative feedback from your buyers, which can lead to canceled orders and loss of business. It is unacceptable for a professional business to operate in such a manner.

In my opinion, CJ Dropshipping is not a suitable website for professional drop shippers. Their lack of transparency with pricing and unprofessional practices make them unreliable and risky to do business with. I urge all professional drop shippers to avoid this website at all costs.

My personal experience with CJ wasn't any better. I had purchased an item from them at a cost of $30 and sold it at $40. However, when I went back to their website to purchase more items, the price had nearly doubled to $60, and they cited increased freight charges as the reason. This was a clear sign that they were not honest in their dealings and could not be trusted.

CJ Dropshipping Inconsistent tracking information at CJ Dropshipping causing frustration and skepticism

I recently made a purchase from CJ Dropshipping and have had a rather frustrating experience with tracking my package. While I understand that international shipping can involve various stops along the way, the information I have received has been incredibly inconsistent. Initially, when I checked on the package, it had apparently made its way through Chinese Customs. However, the following day it stated that it was in St. Louis, only to then disappear entirely from the list, reappearing the next day in LAX. Subsequently, it was back in China going through customs before surprisingly appearing in New York and then, most recently, in NJ.

I must admit, at this point I'm rather skeptical as to whether the item will even arrive at all. Additionally, I have concerns that the tracking website is automated and simply generates random locations whenever you log on in order to create the illusion of progress.

All in all, my experience thus far with CJ Dropshipping has been a disappointing one. However, I remain hopeful that my package will eventually arrive, and hope that in future the company will ensure their tracking information is more reliable and consistent to provide customers with peace of mind.

CJ Dropshipping CJ Dropshipping Review: Challenges with Refund and Return Policy

Let me start by saying that I want to provide an honest review of CJ Dropshipping (cjdropshipping.com), based on my personal experience with them. Although we are still doing business with them as I write this, I feel it's important to share some challenges we have experienced with their refund and return policy.

Recently, we filed a dispute due to missing items in a shipment. The customer provided photo evidence that the items were missing from the box. Initially, CJ agreed to resend or refund the items, but then suddenly changed their stance and refused to honor the claim. The reason they gave was that the weight of the box was correct in their warehouse, which didn't match the weight of the item and box together. CJ expected the customer to track the weight of the parcel until it was delivered to their doorstep, which seemed like an unreasonable request.

Unfortunately, it seems like CJ is making their dispute process unnecessarily complicated, just to avoid honoring refunds or returns. We have found that we need to be very thorough and persistent in our dealings with CJ, which can be frustrating at times.

Despite these difficulties, we still value CJ as a partner and hope that they will become more transparent and straightforward with their refund and return policies. If you are thinking of doing business with CJ Dropshipping, my recommendation is to be aware of their policies and to document everything you can. With patience and persistence, I believe you can still have a positive experience with this company.

CJ Dropshipping CJ Dropshipping review: An unpleasant delivery experience causing frustration for the customer

When it comes to online shopping, the last thing anyone wants is trouble with the delivery process. Unfortunately, this seems to be the issue that one customer faced with CJ Dropshipping, and their experience has not been a positive one. The customer placed an order back in March and had been eagerly waiting for their purchase to arrive. However, when they checked in with CJdropshipping to inquire about the whereabouts of their order, they were told that it had not even been shipped yet! Imagine the frustration and disappointment.

After further questioning, the team at CJdropshipping informed the customer that the order had not been shipped due to an issue with the address. But herein lies the problem - when the customer checked the address, there was no problem with it at all. They even verified it with the customer to make sure. So why didn't CJdropshipping notify the customer of the issue in the first place, instead of leaving them in the dark?

Even more absurdly, when the customer requested that CJdropshipping reship the item, they were told that their system did not allow them to create a voucher. This is unbelievable considering it is their job to make sure orders are processed correctly and shipped to customers on time. To top it off, the entire exchange took 18 days, during which time the customer understandably became even more upset.

As someone who has spent a substantial amount of money (a staggering $43,000!) with CJdropshipping, the customer felt compelled to write this review. Although they have experienced both good and bad situations, this particular instance was unacceptable and left a bad taste in their mouth. In conclusion, it's essential for companies like CJdropshipping to ensure that their systems and processes are foolproof to avoid situations like this that cause so much inconvenience and frustration for their customers.

CJ Dropshipping Review of CJ Dropshipping: Frustrating experience with unprofessional customer service and inventory issues

I recently had an experience with CJ Dropshipping and unfortunately it left me feeling quite disappointed. After placing an order on April 19th, I was informed that the product was not in stock and the order was placed on hold. I reached out to customer service on several occasions to try and get an update on my order and find out when it would be shipped.

Finally, on April 26th, I spoke with two customer service representatives named Billy Shi and Ada who confirmed that the product had been found at the supplier and would be shipped as soon as possible. However, to my dismay, the next day I was informed that the product was no longer in stock and I was offered a substitute product that was nothing like what I had originally ordered. I was extremely frustrated that Billy Shi and Ada had assured me that my problem had been resolved when it had not.

In my opinion, I found that the customer service was not professional and I certainly wouldn't recommend working with them. I understand that this seems to also be the experience of many other customers who have worked with the advisers. It seems to me that CJ Dropshipping may benefit from investing in software that directly updates inventory levels with their suppliers instead of relying upon customer service representatives that can cause errors.

In the past, I had worked with a professional customer adviser by the name of Mango, who was excellent at tracking orders and keeping me up-to-date with any changes in my order status. I truly regret that I am not able to work with her anymore.

All in all, my experience with CJ Dropshipping was quite frustrating and left me with a negative impression. This is not something that I would like to experience again in the future.

CJ Dropshipping Urgent Dispute Resolution Needed for CJ Dropshipping Order - #D*******[protected]

I have recently had an unfortunate experience with CJ Dropshipping and their dispute team. While I understand that disputes take time to review, my case has been unresolved since July 5th and it is now November 5th. I urgently need to place another order with CJ, but I require a refund to my CJ Wallet for an order that I mistakenly synced without the box. I need this money back in order to place a new order with the box included. Unfortunately, the dispute team has kept me waiting and has not responded to my follow-up messages. My dispute number is D261270016, and I would greatly appreciate it if someone could address this issue promptly.

As a merchant, I cannot keep my customer waiting any longer as shipping from China to Australia takes time. I have already caused a delay of almost a week in resolving this issue, and I feel terrible for inconveniencing my customer. It is essential that CJ understands our position as a seller who wants to uphold the best customer service practices. We need to consider our customers and their needs, and this situation has put us in a difficult position.

I urge CJ to take swift action in resolving this matter and to establish more efficient communication channels with their customers. We rely on CJ to provide us with prompt and reliable service, and this experience has left me disappointed. I hope that CJ will take the necessary steps to improve its services and support its sellers in their efforts to provide exceptional customer service. Thank you.

CJ Dropshipping Mixed Experience with CJ Dropshipping: Packaging Issues and Delayed Delivery

I recently had the chance to try CJ Dropshipping and made a purchase from their website. Overall, I had a decent experience, but I did encounter some issues with my order that I feel are important to share.

Unfortunately, when my products arrived, I noticed that the packaging was quite damaged. When I brought this to the attention of the customer service team, they told me that if I wanted stronger, more protective packaging, I would need to pay an additional fee. I decided to take them up on this offer and paid the extra amount, but was disappointed to find that my products still arrived in poor condition.

In addition to the packaging issue, I also experienced a significant delay in receiving my order. According to CJ Dropshipping's shipping policy, I should have received my products within 21 to 30 days. However, it ended up taking over two and a half months for them to arrive, and the company claimed that they had been lost in transit. While I understand that there may be some delays due to the ongoing pandemic, I found it frustrating that CJ Dropshipping seemed to be blaming me for the issue and not taking any responsibility for the delay.

Overall, I was left with the impression that CJ Dropshipping may not be the most reliable platform to use for online shopping. CJ Dropshipping Disappointing Customer Service: A Review of CJ Dropshipping

I recently had an experience with CJ Dropshipping and I must say I was quite disappointed with their services. Firstly, my order number ***261 was not delivered and despite contacting them months ago, they refused to solve the issue. It was frustrating to learn that they force their customers to wait for a period of 60 or 45 days to open a dispute. Unfortunately, my order was closed after 60 days, so it was impossible to open a dispute. They also did not adhere to their own refund policy which left me quite puzzled. I spoke with their agent, Cole about the issue, but to my dismay, he requested for proof from USPS. I found this requirement ridiculous as there was no mention of it in their refund policy.

Also, on order number ***763, I received a defective product from CJ but they refused to send a new one. I couldn't help but wonder if their quality checks were non-existent. It is a requirement for them to accept disputes only 3 days after the parcel is delivered which I find to be ridiculous as it is quite common for customers to receive their parcels several days after tracking records say "delivered". Hence, there is no way to dispute it! I couldn't help but wonder why only 3 days and why they don't take responsibility for their faults. It is worth mentioning that in the EU, we have to guarantee the quality of products for 2 years from the purchase, which is not the case with CJ.

On the bright side, I would like to acknowledge CJ's processing time and fast shipping which were impressive. Unfortunately, their customer service is mediocre at best, and when something goes wrong, they hardly take responsibility or provide a satisfactory solution. If you're looking for a service that puts customers first, then CJ Dropshipping may not be the best option.

CJ Dropshipping CJ Dropshipping Review: Scam Alert - Subpar Products, Terrible Customer Service, and Fake Reviews

As a concerned customer, I had a negative experience with CJ Dropshipping and want to share my story to prevent others from being scammed as well. In the beginning, I had a few successful orders with them after explaining my specific needs. However, I later made a big order and was tricked into receiving subpar products with terrible shipping and customer service. Their prices were also unsatisfactory. I want to stress that this is not a one-time occurrence as I have seen other similar complaints about CJ Dropshipping.
To make matters worse, I discovered that they have fake reviews from farms in China with thousands of tablets. This is a red flag and highlights their untrustworthiness. I am sharing this review in various groups to remind people to be careful and not fall for their scam. While I may consider my money to be gone, I want to do my part to ensure others don't suffer the same fate. CJ Dropshipping CJ Dropshipping Review: Terrible Customer Service, Lost Package, No Refund - Don't Use Them!

If you're considering using CJ Dropshipping (cjdropshipping.com), then take a moment to read my experience. I've had a really disappointing experience with this company, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

First of all, I placed an order with them on November 3rd, and it's now February 11th, and I still haven't received my package. Despite waiting for over three months, CJ has refused to take any responsibility for the lost package. They didn't even offer to refund my order, which is disappointing given that their dispute team didn't even follow their own refund policy.

One of the most frustrating parts of my experience with CJ is that their team was incredibly unhelpful. In January, I received an email that stated that the logistics information of my order was too long to track. As a result, CJ told me that they couldn't verify the exact location of my order, making it difficult for them to refund or resend my package. But this simply wasn't true; I had tracking records that clearly showed the whereabouts of my order. I provided this evidence to the CJ team, but they didn't do anything about it.

The CJ team promised to contact the logistics company to investigate my lost package, but after waiting for over a week, they stopped responding to my queries altogether. In the end, my agent was the only one who would respond to my emails, but even they weren't particularly helpful in resolving my issue.

If you're considering using CJ Dropshipping, I'd seriously consider looking elsewhere. Their terrible customer service, inability to take responsibility for lost packages, and lack of refunds mean that you'll be taking a huge risk by using them. My order number was ***882, but I wouldn't want anyone else to experience what I did.
