Ordered a set of Fernwood 2 Night/America 2 Night DVDs. They were delivered in less than two weeks. had one bad disk out of 26. After 2 emails and a phone call, I got an email confirming the replacement disk had been shipped. It arrived in just a few days.

Overall, I'm very happy with the company. I couldn't get these anywhere else, properly licensed or not. The shows have obviously been transferred from a VCR, so the quality is variable, but I don't care.

Received my DVDs in a timely manner, but they were NOT as advertised. They were advertised as a nearly complete set of 27discs. 9 programs (at least 2 discs worth) were duplicated, so I did not receive the promised amount of episodes. They were advertised as No Commercials, and there were MANY, poorly edited commercials. These were not simply of a 7.5 to 10 scale of quality. The commercials, the editing and the number of episodes were all BAD. I have tried & tried to reach them by Email & by Phone & no one will respond. They do not respond to customer issues AT ALL. This appears to be a very fraudulent group.

Ordered Perfect Strangers Complete Series. 14 Discs . out of the 14, 2 were blank. disc 3 and disc 6. emailed, since its labeled as the best way to contact them. 5 days have passed. still no reply. are the replacements coming?

Classic DVD World claims to ship outside the U.S, but there is no facility at checkout to do this and no response to email enquiries (in their words "the best way to contact them") about the issue. Poor communication by an organization always rings alarm bells!

I bought the complete series of Zorro. These are recorded from a tv
. You can even see the start of commercials. They are very poor quality, grainy. They are missing episodes, menu is faulty and some episodes won't even play. This company has ignored each attempt I've made to rectify this. AVOID THEM!

I ordered Too Close For Comfort tv series and also Who's The Boss, received them, perfect quality and perfect packaging, had menus also.
Completely satisfied, also Step by.Step tv series
an several other purchases, all perfect 👌 Love
