Classic Signature Gap review: Gap insurance

We paid in full for our Gap out of pocket and paid the loan off one year and 1/2 before it's maturity and sent in letter to proof for refund of the gap and they are only giving us 1% of the money that we paid. I have had many cars and bought Gap with other companies and have received the money back this one is not. I don't recommend this company to anyone. They are a scam
