Burt sure seems like you are one of Clayton's accomplisses. No sour grapes at all. I do not pass quick judgement on anyone. These events all took place simultaneously. I had no interest in going public in any way shape or form until Clayton carried on with harassing and threatening telephone calls, and emails after a legal sieze and desist was issued. Once Clayton started to slander me publically, he chose to create a public war out of this ridiculous and childish behavior. I am simply defending myself and my golden reputation. Clayton Nelson brought this on himself. Clayton is a bully and a ### artist who happens to be a very good photographer, and intelligent so he feels he can intimidate people. I have four other people ready to join me in a lawsuit against him if he continues this. I suggest you stay as far away from him as possible, if this is not Clayton himself. And if it is, Clayton be forewarned I will make public all of the information, threatening emails to me, Devin, Kenny, your emails about George, and Bill which I saved if you continue this childish bully behavior and further hit you with a lawsuit that will burry you for the rest of your life, and my partners will be right behind me financially to support the same.

So here is another clayton nelson photography scam. Clayton nelson called me on a weekend to tell me that there was an emergency with a top model in new york and that if i helped her through it, he would "make it up to me". In this case i was told that this model was nearly raped by the individual family friend she was staying with so she took her things and went to a local park to hide from him so she could figure out what to do. Since clayton nelson has no money, and no car, does not have a drivers license to my knowledge, and can only use public transportation, he begged me to help her. The story continued that after her family friend of ten plus years almost raped her, that she went to the park to 'hide out" and she was robbed at gunpoint and the thiefs took her cell phone and all of her cash. Since clayton had no vehicle, and apparently this model had no friends, agents, managers, or anyone else to help her; he aske me to pick her up and get her safely on a plane. Of course after hearing this story and speaking with the models mother who was half way across the country, despite my lack of trust in clayton and believing this mom was sincere, i drove three hours to pick her up. When i arrived she was totally disheveled and crying on the curb. I felt so sorry for her, it was really heartbreaking what i believed this model had endured. About two months later after loaning this model hundreds of dollars, replacing her stolen iphone with my spare iphone, and fronting her hundreds of dollars for flights back to new york. I found out one afternoon while her boyfriend devin was here visiting and shooting: the following. . . That she was not almost raped, that she was not mugged at gunpoint. That she was screwing her boyfriend devin and was so intoxicated that they could not go back to the house where she was staying. So she and devin made up the lie about being robbed and that she was almost raped by her host, to cover thier trails because of her overbearing stage mom. Since this model did not work for a long time, has no real funds at all, she could not even afford to get help. The male model was a pretty nice guy and told me the truth about the event, not knowing that i was the person who went and "rescued her". Clayton personally guaranteed all of the loans etc, and i have never scene a penny of that money or value back, as he has nothing and is simply a con artist. That same young lady admitted to me that it was true, but that they saw a bunch of boys taking her phone from her car, but they were too drunk to do anything about it. It seems anyone associated with clayton nelson is simply there out of desperation, not because they truly respect or believe in him. Be careful of the man who is scamming everyone, and then accusing others of being the scammers.

Clayton contacted me twenty years after i moved out of nyc to suggest we were very good friend back in the 80's. Even though i did not remember him at all, i was polite to him because he was facebook friends with a couple i introduced who later married. Out of respect for them i entertained his obsessive telephone calls at all hours of the night and day, and his ridiculous ideas for how he was going to introduce me to click, top models, and investors for my business. While clayton is a very good photographer, his professionalism stops there. Every single person he introduced me to spoke about him as if he was a creep, disingenuous, and spoke in confidence that they keep him at arms length because of his insistance on using the most foul language in professional situations they have ever heard. While it is true that he introduced me to a top model, she was a sick alcoholic who was unable to work more than a day at a time without unfortunately creating drama and problems where ever she went. Although i felt a great deal of compassion for this model, i discontinued working with her because she privately while intoxicated shared with me that she did not want to model anymore, wanted to be a nurse, but her mother was forcing her to continue in the business because she had sold her house earlier claiming that her daughter was responsible for that loss. They were the most dysfunctional people i met despite the fact she was also one of if not the most beautiful people i ever saw. She also begged me not to listen to anything clayton nelson had to say, as she was using him for free photographs. Clayton nelson for some reason maintains very high relationships. Probably because he photographs models for free for many agencies who remain guarded relationships with him because from time to time his obsessive facebook friending finds them a model or two. Clayton personally invited me to photographic shoots where i found out upon arrival that he was simply trying to get me to purchase drugs from his drug dealing friends. Knowing that i have a severe health issue, and have used legal medical grade "herbal remedies" for massive pain. He has intentionally used that to try to profit from my illness, and i have turned him down every time. He has also invited me to photograph and interview models at studios in nyc where rampit drug use for none medical reasons was being done, and he even tried to get me to supply his associates, of which i refused. When clayton nelson attempted to extort money from me by suggesting i pay in advance for services of his associates, i discontinued any relationship with him what so ever. Even his own long term friend and makeup artist said that he never should have asked me for money in advance. The model whom he sent to me also is very sick. There is no doubt in anyone's mind who spends time with her that she should be in rehab, a twelve step program, which is what i suggested to her out of compassion. All the while clayton kept inviting her to go to the local watering whole and get drunk, probably his immature and disgusting way of trying to get over on a model who talks to the walls when she is intoxicated, never mind able to protect herself from that very awful disease. As far as clayton's other claims. . I invite men and women to my very small home studio for fun, to create art together, and to share the experience. Every single one of them has thanked me for the photographs, used them for thier cards, and have come back many times year after year. Clayon's jelous and slanderous remarks are simply written to further harass me because i will not have anything to do with him at all on any basis. He is banned from our network, and i have already made a police report as to his obsessive emailing, and threats which are pathetic. Because of my heart condition i do not date, never mind young women. When i did, i assure you i truly loved them, and the love was mutual. Every women i have ever dated in my entire life i am friends with, and every one of them would agree that i am both a gentleman and a professional. I love the human figure and photograph women and men nude and my works are being aggregated for a book on the human figure. I assure you that they are not pornography and the only intentions for use are for the sake of beautiful art, not as clayton suggested. Clayton nelson has never attempted to reason with me or anything of the sort. He is the most unreasonable, unprofessional, and mentally handicapped individual i have ever encountered and i suggest you stay as far away from him as possible. The last women i met at a nightclub who i suggested become a model, i photographed, she was put on a cover of a local magazine that same month, and was picked up by click that same week. The same young women that i spoke about to clayton who he suggests that i suggested she escort me to public events, is true. The last one i took her to, she was put on stage with martin short as a favor to me, to help rebuild her career after years of her not being used by just about anyone. I have an attorney, in fact i have 3, all of which are well informed as to the harrasment by clayton nelson and one of which will be starting a law suit shortly for continued emailing and telephone calling to my home and hanging up after a legal siece and desist order was issued. He has suggested that he has the highest level contacts with organized crime and to look out or he will hurt me, so i have not responded to any of his emails or threats. However, the police department is now investigating clayton nelson so i am sure if he has any connections, they are going to stay far away from clayton as he is shortly, if he continues these harassing and threatening emails and postings will find himself in jail.
