So, I ordered some stuff from Cleanse & Co. and it was alright, I guess. But, dang, it took forever for my package to get to my crib. Like, I was starting to think it got lost or something. And, let me tell you, trying to find what I wanted on their website was a bit of a struggle. Like, I had to click through a bunch of pages to get to what I was looking for. So, if they could fix that, it would be pretty sweet.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Cleanse & Co. I've been trying to get in touch with them through DM's, emails, and even Facebook, but I never get a response. They keep promising to follow up on my requests, but it seems like they're too busy posting new stories on Instagram to actually take care of their customers. It's frustrating to say the least. I mean, I understand that they're probably busy, but come on, a little communication would go a long way. It's a shame because I was really excited to try out their products, but now I'm not so sure. Hopefully they can get their act together and start prioritizing their customers.

I have serious doubts about the authenticity of their products, as the photos on their website appear to be heavily edited (check out the pics I've attached). I've tried reaching out to them through email and Instagram, but they seem to be ignoring my messages. It took a lot of effort to finally get a response from them, and I was disappointed with the unprofessional and rude tone of their replies.

When I asked about the advertised photo, the seller claimed that she holds the items in a certain way to make them look bigger. However, when I tried to replicate this myself, I was unable to do so. It's clear to me that the photos are either heavily edited or completely fake. Even if they are real, the seller is clearly trying to make the items look bigger than they actually are.

I've read other negative reviews about this company, and it seems that many others have had similar experiences. It's concerning that there is no option to leave reviews on their website or Facebook page, which makes me wonder if they are trying to hide something.

Overall, I would not recommend Cleanse & Co. to anyone. Their false advertising and terrible customer service are major red flags, and I would advise anyone looking for high-quality products to look elsewhere.
