Warning: Read reviews before doing business with this company.

We met with Closet by Design designer Brit and ordered custom built drawers and a door for a pantry opening in our kitchen from this company. They were very pushy, but our fault we went ahead anyway.

We authorized 50% payment up front. When the day for installation came, they wanted remaining payment which we refused until the work was done to our satisfaction. The quality was awful. We rejected the drawers as they had obvious imperfections. The door was the wrong door. They "made" the corrected door and returned to install it along with new drawers. This time, the drawers were of better quality, but too short for the pantry space AND the door was the wrong size.

We scheduled a third time for them to install the door, but they called saying it wasn't ready and was our fault since we pushed them to get it done too quickly. Rescheduled again for week of July 2, 2018. This time, they came and installed the door. It does not fit properly. Drawers didn't open with door installed. Installer was obnoxious and took away drawers to remake (again).

We called Larry at office (whom we have tried to deal with throughout this process) and he has been quite unhelpful. He finally offered to leave things as is and not collect 2nd half of payment. What is "as is"? We have a door that does not fit the opening and no drawers or shelves in the pantry because they were taken away. In other words we have nothing of any usefulness.

We would like 1) all of our money back, 2) removal of poorly constructed door and frame as they do not fit, and 3) repair of damage done in attempts to install the shoddy product. We can then start the process again with a more reputable company.
