This lender allowed Westlake Portfolio Management company take over my car loan debt from Coastal Credit without informing me. Westlake only has a PO Box 76809 Los Angeles CA [protected] postal mail. Westlake did a second repossession attempt on our car April 19, 2023 using towing company Relentless Recovery Columbus whom stole the possession from our our including spare tire, jack chassy, tool bag, stopper wheel block, jack carrier, spare support, and also a replacement of the glove box. The other items were personal possessions of 25 music CDs which our insurance we could not receive compensation for due to our deductible. When my 2013 Chevrolet Cruze ECO 4-door sedan was taken to auction to be sold, without our knowledge or being sent a postal notice until after 2/15/2023, Relentless Recovery Columbus made a key and the odometer reading went from 89,000 miles to 92,000 miles according to Columbus Fair Auction who scheduled to sell my car on 3/23/2022.
Desired outcome: I gained the return of my car, however, I am requesting $2000.00 for the damages of stolen personal possessions and the increased mileage on the car's odometer.
