Codina International review: REFUND OF A FAILED APPLICATION 2

A year later I am still waiting for $1400!
I would never recommend this company's services to anyone due to their incompetence.
My complaints are solely based on my personal experience with Codina
International. I filed a case with them on behalf of a family member late
last December through one of their consultants. Before signing the case we
specifically asked her about the company's refund policy and she confirmed
that it was a mere couple hundred dollars which was administration fee in
case the file does not go through. However, once my case was rejected I was
told that there were other charges associated with my case of which I was
not told initially. And to this day I have not received a single penny of my
$6700. If you ever go to their office, be prepared to wait for at least 2
hours before Angela sees you. I once waited for nearly 6 hours before I
could get a chance to have a conversation with her which lasted for about 30
seconds (you can ask her staff about this incident). My mother had actually
worked really hard for that money which seems like it has been wasted. She
was so upset tha! t she was actually crying in Angela's office. I personally
don't recommend this company for filing immigration cases because of their
lack of customer service, long hours of wait, and poor communication between
Angela and her consultants.
